Job Description:
As a Supervisor at SNS Survey, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising surveying projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and surveyors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and surveyors
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the surveying or construction industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
